This improvement is not simply because the market has stopped plummeting for the time being, but because I can much better understand now to relate the index movements to the chart I am studying for the price and movement of that stock. As I look back at my records, I can see good stocks I traded at the wrong time. Now I make trades that work by comparing the chart (BB, MAs, time frames, support, resistance, intraday lows, etc.) to the indexes and what the markets are doing.
