- Lou: @joelsg1 $OPEN $SHOP $DBX - Don't care what the CEO said, ain't gonna happen. $OPEN insiders and pumpers can dream, but the reality is that people want to sell homes, some even desperately so, so as much as all of us disparage Realtors, they're a formidable opponent and can play on owners' fears to get listings and sell their homes.

- phgruver: @bizmodal $OPEN Of course you can ask. :-) The short answer is "no." The reason is because yesterday was a down day, on normal volume. Further, the stock is near the top of a trading channel, which adds additional headwinds. That said, this is one to watch. If it pulls back to around $7.50, then look for a positive move, on higher volume, to take a new position or add. RHRN, it's not about to blast off into outer space....

- joelsg1: $OPEN Today is the first day for holders of May'25 convertible bonds to forego a 7% coupon and convert to stock potentially diluting current shareholders, yet stock is up. And co-founder Eric Wu purchased 300k shares at avg. price $6.65. Volume lighter than usual, though still 56M, perhaps indicating not many shorts covering. Long at least into next E 11/6 when new mgmt. speaks.

- joelsg1: @woodman $OPEN Apparently that poster is a well known bear on the stock, doesn't mean he's wrong on facts but maybe on effect. So long as the stock keeps advancing, bondholders can simply sit back, collect the 7% interest (first payment next month) and treat the convert as a 'free' call option. Confusing the shorts for sure who may have to admit defeat and cover if their thesis continues to be proven wrong.

- woodman: @Bridgemate $OPEN - Looking at the chart, this (21dEMA) is a decent place to step in or back in (in my case). Admittedly, my fingertips are a little chopped up, I presume because my position size was too big and made me uncomfortable. Nonetheless, I'm looking at it yet again.

- woodman: @Mpower27 $OPEN - The chart is my guide. I sold a bunch in the high $9s to low $10s and bought back mostly in the mid-high $7s into the low $8s this week with some more today around this level. So, I'm ready for the shorts' shorts to burn. Hopefully it won't be the shorts I'm wearing.

Up 30% since and I think going higher with newly hired CEO from $SHOP. He is a disruptor and that's what he intends for $OPEN. Heading higher, maybe much higher juiced by last reported 22% short, many of whom may have reloaded around $10. Sometimes it pays to invest in the business, sometimes the founders. Quite Long and I've been posting this since $1.30 and adding.
