$AHR was triggered at 28.96 for a small loss.
$TMUS is seeing significant selling today and down 2.3%. It is still above the protective stop of 258.30, but this is something I'm going to close early. I don't see the upside in holding the stock ... - StockMarketMentor: Adding American Healthcare REIT ($AHR) to the ATI List. Basis: 30.91 Stop area: 28.96 This stock is just starting to climb above recent resistance. You may choose to wait until it pushes above $31. This is a fairly illiquid stock -- not horrible, but it only has 140,400 shares traded today. Remember that this is a volatile and dangerous market. Just because a stock is an active trade idea does not mean you've got to buy it. Rather, it's an idea to consider. Make sure that you respect risk. Always look at the ratio of risk versus reward. You want to be making more than your risk...preferably by a factor of 3 (Risk $1 buck and make $3). --Dan
- woodman: A number of REITs have been doing well in the current market atmosphere. I haven't plowed through the different industry REITs, but I did look at some of the #Healthcare REITs. $WELL $MPW $VTR have done and are doing well. Also, one in a high squeeze that's interesting is $AHR. Thursday it tried to breakout but come Friday revealed itself to be a fakeout by dropping back to the 20/50d. However, it reversed back up Friday intraday with a nice bounce and close. It's taking another run at a move out of consolidation this morning.
